These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ForgedStep. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ForgedStep provides AI-assisted resume review and rewrite guidance, with additional career tools (such as cover letter drafting and job-fit scoring) added over time. Results are suggestions to help you improve your application.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
ForgedStep does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment of any kind. We do not guarantee that any resume will pass a specific applicant tracking system. Hiring decisions are made by employers and depend on factors outside our control.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for reviewing all generated content before using it. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
5. Payments
Paid features are billed through our payment provider. Prices may change; we will display current pricing before purchase. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgedStep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
